Update 0.31

This is a very small bug fix just to fix the dash effect being invisible.

There are no bugs at this time so please report to me any bugs that you find to me.

The next update will be released in around 1 week or so because I am going to focus on creating more levels, boss battles and music.

This is a very small devlog but I like to update you frequently.
